Have a unique and educational experience inside the Antica Macelleria Salumeria Sorcinelli. Become a butcher for a day and discover the ancient recipes of the norcineria. During the day you will prepare sausages and taste them in the historic Acqualagna restaurant.

The experience includes:

• Making a kilo of sausage with the help of our butcher
• Lunch/dinner in the butcher’s shop, where the finished product will be cooked with the following menu: Tagliatelle with sausage ragù, grilled sausages with a seasonal side dish, water, house wine, and coffee
• The price is per person
• Voucher valid for 6 months from the time of purchase

* any uncooked sausages will be given to the customer.
