Immersed in the unique setting of Acqualagna, Braceria Plinc reinvents the gastronomic culture of the territory in a modern key, refined, but respectful of the Marche traditions.
The restaurant was founded in 2013 by Piergiorgio Marini, president of the historic company Acqualagna Tartufi, and his wife Emanuela, nicknamed the “Regina dei tartufi” (Queen of the truffles) by Alessandro Borghese during the 7th episode of the “4 ristoranti”.
Inside the 4 rooms that make up the Braceria, selected meats at 0 km are enhanced by the aromas of fresh seasonal truffles, picked in the uncontaminated forests of Acqualagna.
The name of the restaurant, Plinc, is the nickname of Domenico Marini, father of Piergiorgio, who “Plinchava” the wooden doors and furniture, repairing them and bringing them back to life.
The Braceria Plinc is located right above the Butcher Sorcinelli, passing through the adjacent alley. Inside you will find an elegant environment, where you can enjoy the delicious food of our territory.
