The adventure of the new “Antica Macelleria Sorcinelli” began here, led by the legendary Alessandro Foglietta known as “El Foia”, a butcher by passion and traditionalist par excellence.
“El Foia” skilfully carried on the butcher’s shop until it became a small restaurant, where it is possible to taste meats and cured meats. Once our customers choose the best cut, it is cooked in the restaurant’s fireplace.
